Hello netizens of the blogosphere. The results are in. It’s purple.
I had a little voting session among friends to see what color Holga I should buy. I’m pretty sure there was some rigging going on, or at least some desire to get a laugh at my expense, but that’s ok. I’m man enough to handle it. I kept to my word. They voted for purple, and so purple it is.
I shot my first roll of medium format film today, and I have no idea what any of it looks like! Imagine that. It’s like a throwback to the old days, where anticipation was part of the photography process. Well, welcome, anticipation, to my world.
This Saturday, I’m shooting a wedding up in Detroit. I think I’m going to sneak a few shots in and see what happens :). Who knows, maybe one day, there’ll be a couple crazy enough to request an entire wedding shot with my Holga(s).
